Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney & Advanced Directives
The firm provides legal representation to individuals to assist them in developing a meaningful plan to preserve, manage, and transfer their accumulated assets during and after their lifetime. The firm also represents individuals administering or having an interest in a will, trust. The firm prepares Advance Directives for clients who want to direct how healthcare decisions are made if the client is unable to make his/her own healthcare decisions. The firm handles disputes about the legal validity of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advanced directives, including the administration of wills and trusts.

Guardianship
The firm provides legal representation for petitioners, prospective legal guardians and prospective wards in all guardianship matters, including cases involving minor children and mentally disabled persons, throughout the guardianship process. The firm provides assistance with preparation and filing of the petition to appoint a legal guardian, mental health evaluations, court hearings, identifying and marshaling assets, and preparation and filing of inventories, annual accountings and annual personal status reports.

The firm represents individuals who are seeking insurance benefits or coverage. The firm assists individuals in obtaining the insurance benefits or services the individual is entitled to under his/her insurance policy.

Mediation – Alternate Dispute Resolution
The firm provides representation and assistance to individuals and businesses who would like to resolve a legal dispute without litigation. The firm represents clients participating in mediation or arbitration. Attorneys in the firm also are available to serve as a mediator or arbitrator.

Personal Injury
The firm assists individuals who have been injured in an accident to recover compensation for their injuries and financial losses. The firm also defends individuals from such suits when the individual does not have liability insurance. The firm does not represent or defend insurance companies in these personal injury cases.

Probate Administration
The firm provides comprehensive probate services throughout the probate process. The firm provides assistance regarding the filing of the probate petition, proving the will, appointment of an administrator or executor, legal notices to creditors, estate management and administration, accounting and closing of the estate.

Residential & Commercial Real Estate

Social Security & SSI Benefits
The firm represents individuals who have been denied Social Security disability or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.

Zoning, Planning & Land Use
The firm assists and represents individuals and businesses who need to obtain municipal and/or state permits regarding land. The firm handles matters involving subdivision of property, wastewater and water supply permits, zoning permits, and conditional use permits.
