Guardianship
The firm provides legal representation for petitioners, prospective legal guardians and prospective wards in all guardianship matters, including cases involving minor children and mentally disabled persons, throughout the guardianship process. The firm provides assistance with preparation and filing of the petition to appoint a legal guardian, mental health evaluations, court hearings, identifying and marshaling assets, and preparation and filing of inventories, annual accountings and annual personal status reports.

Mediation – Alternate Dispute Resolution
